Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your receipt of your purchased order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to the custom nature of our business, refunds will only be granted for products that are manufactured in error. A refund will not be granted for any item produced and delivered correctly according to the customers order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a photo of the item in question be emailed to [email protected].
